Good Location and Service, but Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues Positive: The apartment hotel feels relatively new, and the location is convenient. The communication with the staff was clear, and the self check-in process was efficient and straightforward, making our arrival hassle-free. Negative: Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The chairs had a noticeable sweat odor, the washing machine had an unpleasant smell, making us hesitant to use it, and the kettle was dirty with dark stains, requiring us to clean it ourselves. Additionally, the kitchen sink’s plumbing leaked onto the trash bin and everything below, and the shower drain was partially clogged, risking overflow during longer showers. These maintenance and cleanliness problems need urgent attention.

Positive: Amplasarea, curățenia existentă în locație, vibe-ul pe care ți-l dă aceasta, dotarea completă, atenția la detalii, solicitudinea personalului. Negative: Nu au fost.
