Excellent property
Positive: The property is impeccable in every sense. New building with all facilities within walking distance (supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc.), spot on cleanliness, modern and tasteful furnishing, all amenities for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, AC, etc.). Location-wise, it's quite far from the city center, but there is a metro station nearby, with a direct connection to the center (15-20 min trip) and ride sharing is also quite cheap and fast.
