Positive: Very well structured and optimized in terms of storage, tastefully decorated, had the essential ( appliances, kitchen necessary, detergents, household goods etc )
Very quiet, elevator, clean building, parking spot, corner supermarket, coffee shop, barber shop in the building neighborhood )
