Large, quiet apartment, but cold in the winter Positive: The apartment is easy to find and located on a quiet street, where free parking is available. We received timely and detailed instructions with regards to the door code and the keys. The apartment is large, located on the top floor of a new building. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook or serve a meal (we only made tea). Negative: The apartment was uncomfortably cold. Central heating was on, but outside were minus 4-5 degrees Celsius and the windows were poorly insulated; there were also several skylights with the same insulation as the regular windows, and the apartment being large, the heat inside couldn't compensate for these factors. I had to use my down jacket as a blanket while sitting on the sofa in the evening to watch the news. (The bed comforters were thick enough, though, so I wasn't cold when I went to sleep.) Also, there is a sewage smell in the bathroom, so it's better to keep the bathroom door closed all the time.

Positive: La estancia fue muy buena y cómoda. Había muchos mini-markets cercanos, farmacia y tienda de cien. La casa muy acogedora y calentita y muy bien decorada y acomodada. La anfitriona es muy cercana y amable. Negative: -Lo que añoré fueron más enchufes en las habitaciones y en el baño. -Cogí el apartamento de la 4° planta, no es apto para ir con niños pequeños ya que es difícil subir las escaleras. -La casa tiene tragaluz y la habitación también pero no tiene cortina para cerrarla(entra la claridad cuando amanece). Todo lo demás del apartamento es maravilloso ✨‼️
