Positive: Just the location
Negative: It's a very small apartment, I barely fit in, I had nowhere to put my suitcase and open it. I won't even mention the bathroom, you can't even go in. You take a bath, the water just stagnates, it doesn't drain. I had the feeling that I was staying in a box. The apartment is on the 1st floor, right next to the entrance door where everyone passes and I get the impression that I'm passing through your apartment. I don't recommend it.
