Little gem in a great location. Positive: The flat is spacious and fully equipped with everything you may need. Everything was immaculate and really you can’t beat the location - few steps away from the Old Town. The instructions for check-in were clear and the agent managing the property was very responsive to all my queries. Negative: Nothing , wish I stayed longer.

Great…..If you like the smell of drains a sewage gas! Positive: I liked the location in the old town. The apartment is stylish Negative: Foul smelling drains in the bathroom. A known issue (many reviews) yet the owner claims they do not know. Started as a unpleasant general drain smell that we tried to look past as the drains in Romania are notoriously bad and sometimes these things cannot be helped. However our stay was severely impacted when we began to smell potent sewage gases (rotten eggs/sulphur smell) throughout the whole apartment. I tried to negotiate with them regarding compensation but they did not participate in negotiation (sent me generic unhelpful responses that made us go around in circles). When I escalated to booking.com I was able to read their response and apparently (lol) my proposal of 1/3 off my stay was not reasonable…even tho the apartment stank of hot sh!t, honestly it was like a stink bomb had been let off. Owners have not replied further to booking.coms prompts to respond to my complaint..probably hoping that this would go away and I would give up with them delaying the process for me.

Great apartment in the old city Positive: We loved it!! Great location, next to the old city. The apartment was very clean and well equiped.

Positive: Τέλεια τοποθεσία, ήσυχο,καθαρό, ζεστό, άνετο, άψογη επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη που ήταν πολύ υποστηρικτικός σε όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Negative: Παλιό κτίριο και ασανσέρ, λίγο μυρωδιά στο μπάνιο, δεν ευθύνεται όμως για αυτά ο ιδιοκτήτης.

Positive: Ottima la posizione, zona tranquilla, letto e divano molto comodi, appartamento spazioso e pulito Negative: Da migliorare l'accoglienza (temperatura interna bassa, assenza di una bottiglietta d'acqua da bere)
