Positive: Amazing spacious apartment, with great facilities.

Okaish but I would not recommend it or book it again in the future Positive: The location is good in the center and there are many restaurants and mini markets, pharmacies around. The parking was easy and we always found a spot in front on nearby streets. The appartment was clean and ready on time, spacious rooms with separate batch rooms, a lot of light. Negative: There are a few points for improvement for 4 stars accommodation: we did not have small towels for hands I the bathroom, there were provided only the minimum 2 sets of 1 head towel and 1 big. In the kitchen no hand cloths just some paper towel. The towels were rather old and one even had a hole in it. There are no dishwasher tablets provided or for the washing machine, no garbage bags ( we had to ask for them). Some coffee pads were provided but the quality was very poor. The service toilet always had a very bad smell coming from the pipes, we had to keep it closed all the time and even like this the smell would get inside. Our biggest problem of the stay, 7 days, was a group of people that checked in the day after our arrival, that was a very noisy and disrespectful group, day and night making noise that we could hear from our apartment. Despite discussions with the management promising they will talk to them and even tell them to leave, nothing changed. The last evening indeed they got quiet, but it was already towards the end of our stay. This is not what we were expecting as level of comfort. Windows are not quality ones and some were very rudimentary fixed. Same with some door handles that were just falling. Lastly, the pillows and covers are from ikea and even though some additional pillows are provided, they have no pillow case. So little things that one would not expect for this rate and 4 stars. We loved the apartment. Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities, at a reasonable price Positive: What we liked: We stayed in the apartment as a family of 5 adults from Israel. The apartment is very spacious and large, contains everything you need for such a stay: 2 private bedrooms with a double bed in each. A sofa bed in the living room for 2 more people. The apartment also contains a washing machine, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. The temperature outside was 4 degrees. Inside the apartment, the radiator heating worked excellently, and there are also 3 air conditioners for those who need it. The cleanliness was exceptional. The showers were comfortable and modern. So were the toilets. We did not physically see the owner, but there was contact for everything necessary to obtain an entry code to the building and the apartment. Negative: What needs to be improved: On the day of departure, we wanted to put our luggage in a luggage storage room. The answer was that there is no such room. It should be noted that we asked a week before our stay and received the same answer. The location of the apartment is near PIATA VICTORIEI, and there is everything you need from a central area nearby. However, most of our visit areas were in the Old Town and Christmas markets, which were a convenient taxi ride away.
