Positive: La ubicación y el apartamento en general estan muy bien.
Negative: La ducha no tiene termostato y podrías quemarte con el agua ya que el grifo mezclador es muy sensible y cuesta colocar a una temperatura adecuada.

Positive: As always, clean, tidy, spacious, modern looks, and great location.
Negative: Parking can be really difficult, hard to find a spot, even a paid one so bear that in mind. It's nearly impossible to take a shower, the water pressure is on the shiwer heads is ridiculously low, however, the team that manage the apartment are dealing with it.
