Positive: The apartment is at the center of the city. 4 min from old town. Next to the metro station and a lot of buses. Half an hour from the airport with line 100.
Nice cozy place with everything you need for a few days.
Negative: Early check-in and late check-out with an additional cost of 120 lei for 2 hours. If there is availability, it has to be free . If not you just inform the visitor that it's not possible.

Positive: Ottima posizione, arredamento nuovo e funzionale e completo di molti servizi, proprietario disponibile, ambiente caldo.
Negative: Il balcone non era stato pulito (il proprietario si è mostrato volenteroso di sistemarlo), alcune luci della camera se avevano un interruttore questo era ben nascosto.
