Nice appartement with a lot of Rules Positive: Es hat alles was sie zum leben brauchen. Aber die Materialien sind schlechte qualität...Fernseher verliert immer wieder der Verbindung...WC spuler klemt , man muss mehrmals den Spülhebel betätigen bis es aufhört, das Wasser zu fliessen..Was mich ein wenig nervt sind die Regeln ...manche verstehe ich z.B. die Schuhe vor dem Hausbetretten abziehen, aber warum ich keine Gäste einladen darf verstehe ich nicht bei 100 m2 wäre doch 2 zusätzliche Personen ja eigentlich ok, zumal sie dann nicht über nacht bleiben!!! Obwohl auch das nicht erlaubt ist naja Negative: Die vielen Regeln, die qualität der Möbel

Positive: Apartamentul este modern, frumos decorat. Locatia excelenta, central, la cativa pasi de Calea Victoriei: Un mare plus din punctul meu de vedere este terasa intima si perfecta pentru timp petrecut afara in liniste, departe de agitatia din centrul Bucurestiului. Ne-am simtit foarte bine. Am gasit loc de parcare chiar in fata blocului ajungand in weekend ( este mai liber) si am lasat masina acolo pentru toata saptamana.

OK Positive: Good proximity to Victoriei Square, spacious and comfortable apartment Negative: We rented the apartment for a whole week and we only got a set of towels per person for the whole period. We had to pay extra for an additional set and it required a back and forth communication with the host. Most of the time they were responsive, but when the situation didn’t align with their expectation, they replied late. I also didn’t like that it was surrounded by buildings of a private hospital. You don’t want to see people crying or in pain while you are on holiday.

Lovely home and great location Positive: Really lovely, home was garden space. Good location and great communication from host Negative: It would be nice to have more essentials, like tea, coffee, milk for the stay. Also, although there's a dishwasher and washing machine there's no tablets to use them. They're are also some missing curtains, in the living room and bathroom which people can see into. Also I think additional pillows and blankets would make the stay more comfortable

Positive: Este un apartament mare, curat, decorat frumos Negative: Usa de la balconul de la camera nu se inchidea complet si venea aer rece, mai mult de 20 de grade nu se incalzea in apartament si era foarte frig avand in vedere ca e mare apartamentul, balsam si sampon nu este la baie, iar la magazinul de jos gasesti numai snacks uri.
