An extremely disappointing experience, marked by serious hygiene issues Positive: Am rezervat și am plătit integral un sejur de 6 nopți. În a doua noapte, în jurul orei 01:00, am găsit gândaci de canalizare foarte mari (aproximativ 3 cm) în baie, dormitor și living. Am raportat imediat problema, însă după ce am văzut insectele nu am mai putut dormi toată noaptea de frica lor. A doua zi am solicitat rambursarea pentru cele 4 nopți rămase, deoarece nu ne mai simțeam în siguranță să rămânem în apartament. Din păcate, agenția care administrează proprietatea ne-a ignorat și fiecare reprezentant pasează responsabilitatea către altcineva, fără să ofere o soluție. În cele din urmă am discutat cu un reprezentant pe nume Alin Popa, care ne-a spus că este „normal” să existe gândaci și că ar fi trebuit să ne așteptăm la acest lucru. De asemenea, ne-a comunicat că nu doresc să ne ramburseze banii pentru nopțile rămase, deși am părăsit proprietatea din cauza acestei probleme grave de igienă. Am depus deja o reclamație la ANPC, iar cazul urmează să fie investigat. Sperăm ca această situaație să fie analizată în mod corespunzător. Nu recomand sub nicio formă să rezervați cazare administrată de compania POP-UP HOME. Modul în care a fost gestionată această situație a fost complet lipsit de profesionalism și respect față de client Negative: We had booked and fully paid for a 6-night stay. On the second night, at around 1:00 AM, we discovered several huge sewer cockroaches (around 3 cm long) in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room. We reported the issue immediately, but after finding insects of that size throughout the apartment, we were too afraid to sleep for the rest of the night. The following morning, we requested a refund for the remaining 4 nights, as we no longer felt safe staying in the property. Unfortunately, the management company kept passing responsibility from one person to another and failed to provide any meaningful assistance. Eventually, we spoke with a representative named Alin Popa, who told us that it was “normal” to have cockroaches and that we should have expected this. He also confirmed that they had no intention of refunding the unused nights despite the serious hygiene issue. We have now reported this case to the Romanian Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC), and a formal investigation will follow. We strongly believe this may not be an isolated issue and that other apartments managed by this company could have the same problem. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid booking with POP-UP HOME. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this serious health and hygiene concern was handled was completely unacceptable.

Was lovely, would stay again if we come back to Bucharest Positive: The apartment was nice, the decor was lovely, had everything we needed for the weekend. No air con in small room but aircon in the rest, kitchen and bathroom has everything we needed. Staff was lovely, we arrive 2 hours early and were allowed into our room early. Negative: The entrance & stairwell is abit rough, there was people sleeping on the stairs the first morning we left the apartment. I also couldn’t have called it a city view as it was a view of an overgrown and dirty courtyard.

Positive: This appartament is so good, it's so near to lipscani where the night life goes, just a 10 minutes walk ,a quiet place if you need to rest,but what i like most beside the comfort, the position, metro nearby, it has a great customer service care,just want to say thanks to Alin the host that made me feel like home

Great location & well-equipped apartment, made even better by a truly attentive and supportive host. Positive: *Perfect location, 10/10. *The apartment has everything we needed for our stay. *A huge thank you to Livia, our host, who was extremely attentive, communicative, and helpful from the very beginning of the booking, including the preparation for our arrival. When we had a small issue with cleanliness, she acted quickly, resolved it promptly, and was very supportive, which truly made a big difference. Negative: *Although the apartment has two bedrooms, one of them does not have air conditioning or heating. *We had a small issue with cleanliness upon arrival, but it was resolved by the host.
